We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, but there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly fee for pet owners. Can I pay my rent online? Yes! To access our current Resident portal to pay your rent or submit a maintenance request, view our Resident Info page. What school district are you in? City Flats on Walnut is served by Monroe County Community School Corporation, which includes University Elementary, Tri-North Middle School, and Bloomington North High School. Are Residents able to break their lease? No. At this time we are not able to break any lease contracts. Do you require a credit check? Yes, City Flats on Walnut and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process. Is there a fee to apply? Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required which covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to renting a new apartment. Are there discounts available for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C. Hart is pleased to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but we currently do not offer those discounts.
